Yes I wish to be a Team Captain (Teams of 4 to 8) and will endeavour to enlist three to seven more riders for my team. I would like the Team to be known as the Team.
Yes I am willing to attempt to get a team Sponsor whereby there is no Registration Fee payable by that team's riders.
Yes I have a Team Sponsor, namely ,committed to contributing the team sponsorship for the particular size of the team (as quoted on the "Registration of a Team" page), whereby there is no Registration Fee payable by that team’s riders.

My Registration Fee will be paid on receipt of invoice emailed to me on acceptance of this registration if I am not a Sponsored Rider.
I declare that I have read and understand this Event’s “Information for Riders” document and confirm that I wish to ride in the Event.
